1998 interview with Joe Arredondo, his daughter Evelyn Pedro is present and fills in small details missed by Mr. Arredondo. Arredondo speaks on his working life: being a citrus grower, running a picking crew, hauling citrus, being on the board at the East Highlands citrus packinghouse, and being the secretary/treasurer at the Greenspot Water Company. He also recounts his family history, when his father came to the US and time spent with his grandfather. Anecdotes related to life during and after the Great Depression as well as interactions with braceros are also told.
