Church Program Dedicated to Reverend and Mrs. Williams' 21 Anniversary
Reverand F.R. Williams was the pastor of St. Marks Baptist Church from 1947-1987, and was a mentor to Pastor Harper. He is pictured here on the program with his wife Lucille Williams. The inside of the program praises the Williams and provides an itinerary for the sessions. Rev Williams is Lynette Golden Scott's grandfather, still a member of St. Mark's Missionary Baptist church.
